Bollywood has once again been shaken by the sharp remarks of filmmaker Abhinav Kashyap, who is best known for directing Salman Khan’s blockbuster Dabangg (2010). The director, who has had a long-standing feud with the superstar and his family, has now leveled fresh allegations, calling Salman Khan a “Gunda” and accusing him of having no genuine interest in acting for the past 25 years.

Abhinav Kashyap’s Explosive Statement

In a recent conversation with Screen, Abhinav Kashyap did not hold back his criticism. He claimed that:

“Salman never gets involved in acting. He has no interest in acting either and has not been for the last 25 years. He only does a favour by coming to work. He is more fond of being a celebrity but has no interest in acting. He is a goon. I did not know this before Dabangg. Salman is rude, a dirty person.”

These strong words highlight Abhinav’s continued frustration with Salman Khan and his working style in Bollywood.

Allegations Against Salman Khan’s Family

The director didn’t stop at the superstar but also accused his entire family of manipulating the film industry:

Abhinav claimed that Salman Khan and his family have created and maintained the “star system” in Bollywood.

He alleged that the Khans have been part of the film industry for over 50 years, and they control the system to their advantage.

According to Abhinav, the family operates with a “spirit of revenge” and goes after anyone who disagrees with them.

A History of Conflict

Abhinav Kashyap directed Dabangg, one of Salman Khan’s most iconic hits. However, after the film’s success, tensions reportedly arose between the director and Salman Khan’s family, leading Abhinav to step away from its sequels. Since then, he has repeatedly made allegations about the superstar and the dominance of his family in Bollywood.

Salman Khan Reacts?

While Salman Khan himself has not publicly responded to Abhinav’s latest accusations, the statements have once again stirred controversy on social media. Industry insiders remain divided—some support Kashyap’s claims about Bollywood’s “star system,” while others defend Salman Khan’s long-standing popularity and box-office pull.
